(SOLD) 1919 Excelsior-Henderson 4 Cylinder Motorcycle Engine. Very good condition. Runs good and sounds good! Yes it actually does run, (check out the video)! Nice patina. Almost 100 years old! All original except for the board track racing intake manifold.

Recent tune-up; valves adjusted, carb checked out clean, magneto disassembled cleaned and lubed, oil changed.

The Engineering Dept pulled the pan and inspected the bottom end and transmission. Rods and mains are good and tight and the transmission looks very good with no busted gears. Transmission main shaft end play and pinion clearance are properly set. New pan gaskets installed. No problems with this engine. Documented with photos of the internals. See VIDEO 3.

Comes with the beautifully crafted Excelsior motor stand. Makes a really nice display piece for your collection, museum, or project bike. Will be 100 years old in 2019, build yourself a Cannonball Run bike! Will be listed on ebay January 19, 2018.

Also included is a high quality cushioned shipping crate. This crate has cushioning built into the skid, then more cushioning and blocking and straps. I can ship this motor anywhere in the world.
